Stage Photos
Make the most of your stage time while you shine by booking your stage photos and having that memory to last a lifetime.
The photo package will consist of stage images for personal use in JPEG format. The number of images does depend on your stage presence and the number of categories you compete in. It includes individual images and ALL the group images from your category / ’s. Where there is no individual routine only group photos will be taken. No additional charges for more than one category, the more categories you enter the more photos you get!

The stage photography package includes all stage photos* taken during the day of the show, no matter how many classes you enter as overalls.
*The number of images available is relative to your time on stage, how long you hold each pose as well as stage positioning.
You will receive an email within 7-14 days, with a link to access your images in my shared cloud storage. Your images will be in digital JPEG format. Please keep an eye on your spam / junk for my email. I advise using a computer / laptop and broadband / fibre to download your images. If you are using a mobile device ( NOT RECOMMENDED ) you may have to purchase / download an UNZIP APP to be able to view your images. Please do not ask us for technical advise on your devices as every device is different. You have unlimited attempts to download the images but only 14 days before the link expires. If you require me to send them again, this will incur a £20 + VAT admin charge. If you wish to view what images we have of you then please arrange an appointment to come into Matt Marsh’s Studio in High Wycombe and we will gladly show you what pictures there are of you.
Stage photography is Non refundable under any circumstances. Due to Covid restrictions often being enforced on us at the last minute causing venues to close and events to be postponed we ask that you are fully aware that your payment is non refundable but fully transferable to the new event date / next event by the same federation, providing its covered by Matt Marsh Photography Ltd should an event get postponed / cancelled.
If your show is postponed, then all payment for the photo package will be transferred to the new date of your choice valid for 2 years. If you cannot make the date/show you have registered for, you can transfer to a new date within 2 years.
All customers that agree to our terms by ticking “I understand the terms & conditions Incl Covid” will fully understand and agree to our refund policy.
